Missi is virtually connecting with her team every day from her home office in a rural area of the state. Missi also holds a leadership role in the North Dakota Home Visiting Coalition and coordinates a Regional Developmental Screening Child Find Program.
Laura Shoaf
Technical Assistance/Quality Assurance & Training Specialist, Healthy Families Virginia @Families Forward Virginia
Laura coordinates and co-facilitates Early Impact Virginia’s Reflective Supervision Learning Community, which is a long-term, intensive training opportunity for home visiting supervisors to deepen knowledge of infant mental health principles and develop reflective supervision skills. In her Healthy Families Virginia role, Laura provides support to local Healthy Families programs and develops trainings/workshops to meet the needs of managers, supervisors, and direct service staff.
Paula Hanley
Program Supervisor, Parents as Teachers @Hampton Healthy Families
Paula also served as a Lead Supervisor for Early Impact Virginia’s Reflective Supervision 2.0 Learning Community, providing monthly phone reflective supervision to a group of 5-7 home visiting supervisors and supporting in-person trainings for a cohort of 26 supervisors.
