Dr. Rebecca Parilla is a clinical psychologist who has been working in children’s behavioral health for over twenty years. She specializes in young children, home visiting, maternal wellness, trauma, and relationship-based intervention. She currently serves as the National Clinical Officer for the Child First National Program Office. Dr. Parilla is endorsed as an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Mentor, Clinical (Level IV-C) by CTAIMH. She has presented at many state-wide and national conferences with topics including maternal depression, the impact of trauma on the developing child, reflective practice and supervision, and mindfulness as a way to mitigate compassion fatigue.

Shayla Collins facilitates mindfulness sessions in the greater Seattle area. As a married mother of two young children, she has found mindfulness has helped increase her capacity to be present with her family and in the world. Her hobbies include reading, antique shopping & hopefully increased napping.
