Jayne Singer, PhD, IECMH-E®
Clinical Psychologist & Director, Developmental and Relational Health @Brazelton Touchpoints Center
Dr. Singer is a clinical psychologist with more than 35 years of experience working with a diverse array of children and families in hospital, school, and community-based settings. A former Home Visitor, she has been with Boston Children’s Hospital since 1988 serving families of children aged birth throughout childhood with a wide variety of medical, developmental, emotional, behavioral, and familial challenges; providing evaluation, intervention, and preventive consultation within an overall model of child-family mental health. Dr. Singer is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. She is engaged in continuous national and international teaching and intensive mentoring of the Brazelton Touchpoints Approach and the Newborn Behavioral Observations system.

Dawn is a member of the Otoe Missouria Tribe and has over 25 years of experience in prenatal care, labor and delivery, postpartum, couplet care, high risk pregnancy, and as a public health nurse home visitor. She is credentialed through the Johns Hopkins Family Spirit Program, the only evidence-based, perinatal home visitation program specifically, for the AI/AN community, as a home visitation nurse. Her passion and expertise in education include perinatal nursing interventions, breastfeeding education, and home visits for perinatal education and nursing care. Co-chair of the Women’s Health Committee at the Oklahoma City Indian Clinic Congenital Syphilis Task Force of Oklahoma committee member FIMR (Fetal Infant Mortality Review) committee member
