CA Staff Training and Supports through Virtual Connections

As we approach the one year anniversary of responding to COVID-19, we find the number of home visiting staff that have joined their programs while fully under virtual services ever growing. For other home visitors, there was the transition from in person to virtual services with the enrollment of new families that have yet to be served in person. All of these situations present with complexities around meeting the needs of staff to carry out their role in engaging and working with families.
