As we approach the one year anniversary of responding to COVID-19, we find the number of home visiting staff that have joined their programs while fully under virtual services ever growing. For other home visitors, there was the transition from in person to virtual services with the enrollment of new families that have yet to be served in person. All of these situations present with complexities around meeting the needs of staff to carry out their role in engaging and working with families. Home visiting programs continue to rise to the challenge; join this webinar to explore strategies for virtual hiring and onboarding of staff, staff training and ongoing development, along with virtual staff meetings and group supervision.
